Objective

Upskill Nando’s ‘Facebook Champs’ to maximise Facebook for their local sites.

Strategy

Brought in to support Nando’s ‘Facebook Champs’ within each region, ensuring they are maximising the benefit of their local restaurant Facebook pages. The workshop was designed to instill a consistent brand voice, share best practices for posting on Facebook and showcased what Facebook features are available. The training highlighted the importance of local, site-specific content to engage a relevant audience.
